By using Race CarTel you agree to these terms. Race CarTel is provided during beta on an “as is” basis while we build it out — features and limits may change.
Acceptable use
Upload only content you have the right to use. Don’t abuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We enforce fair-use quotas to keep it running for everyone.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide your analysis.
No warranty
Analysis is derived from your video and, for some channels, estimated — it may be inaccurate and is provided for insight, not as a certified measurement. The service is offered without warranties of any kind, and we aren’t liable for how you use the results.
